Our spa is open to the public and we welcome anyone 18 years or older to experience our luxurious services. We are located inside The Community Center at Christwood which has memberships available to those 55 years and older. Among the many benefits of membership, comes special member prices at Lotus Spa and the unlimited use of our state-of-the-art exercise equipment, an indoor, heated salt-water pool, and weekly art and health classes.

APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION
To ensure your preferred appointment time, a reservation is recommended. If you must reschedule, please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, you will be charged for the entire session and will only be granted the remainder of the session.
ETIQUETTE
If you are happy with your service, it is customary to provide your service provider with a 15-20% gratuity.
No children allowed under the age of 18.
Pregnancy- When booking massage appointments, please inform us if you are pregnant.
WAXING
If you are currently using retinoids or alpha-hydroxides, you must discontinue use one week prior to waxing services. It is extremely unsafe to wax anyone using Accutane. You must discontinue use of Accutane at least 6 months prior to any waxing service. Please let your esthetician know if you are using any topical medications.
FACIALS
When booking a facial, please inform us if you are currently on Accutane , using retinoids (retin-A, retinol, or tazarac) or have recently had any microdermabrasion, peels or other facial cosmetic procedures.
NAIL CONDITION
As part of our commitment to the safety of all clients, if you have a nail dysfunction of any type, we ask that you purchase or bring your own polishes.
